Dear family and friends,
Hi my name is Caitlin Knight. I am 11 years old and as many of you know I have Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. The Arthritis foundation is holding their annual Arthritis Walk this May and you are invited. On May 16 2009 I would love for you and your family to walk with me on my team, Caitlin’s Crusaders.
